Ingredients

3 cl Drambuie® Scotch whisky
1 1/2 cl Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
1 cl cream
1 egg yolk
2 tsp sugar

Method

Step by step

Shake intensely with ice. Serve in a frosted glass, and sprinkle with powdered coffee or nutmeg
